timeline for relaxation

From a Google search, the definition for relaxation is ‘the state of being free from tension and anxiety.’ Hopefully, you have experienced that state at least once or more often in your life and so you know what it feels like. If we fine-tune that definition, we can think about it in terms of time: short-term/quick relaxation and long-term relaxation taking place over a longer period of time- sometimes only an hour, but normally over more days, months or even years.
INNER SOUND addresses both kinds of relaxation: Our Tuning Forks deal primarily with immediate, repeatable relaxation (long-term relaxation comes with them too with sustained use), and our Therapeutic Music is more long-term, creating slower, but constant, integrated movement in the direction of deep relaxation by helping to release old tensions in the body and field one listening at a time.
